Adult & Pediatric Vaccinations: What You Need and When

September 20, 2023

Staying up to date on vaccinations is one of the simplest, most effective things you can do for your health — and for the health of everyone around you. Vaccines work with your body's natural defense mechanism to build protection before illness strikes.

Vaccines by age group

Children — immunizations protect against whooping cough, mumps, rubella, chicken pox and the flu, on the schedule pediatric guidelines recommend.

Teens — boosters (like Tdap) plus catch-up doses for anything missed earlier.

Adults — annual flu shots, tetanus boosters every 10 years, MMR if you missed it, and COVID-19 vaccination.

Seniors — shingles vaccine (50+), pneumonia vaccines, and yearly flu shots, which matter most for older adults.

How we make it easy

  • No pressure, clear answers. We explain which vaccines you or your family actually need and why — so you make informed decisions.
  • Walk-in friendly. Come in for your flu shot without an appointment.
  • Documentation provided. Need proof of immunization for school, work or travel? We provide proper records for every vaccine we administer.
  • Insurance handled. Most vaccines are covered; our staff takes care of the paperwork.
